I gave it a couple of days before I wanted to submit a review just in case the "owner" was busy and was not able to get back to me, but after three days I think it is safe to say they just don't care. I used this particular shop due to my specification of looking for Medi-Cones. Not only did they have them, but Alexis seemed very helpful. Then we got to the prices, they are literally double the cost of the other dispensary that is an authorized vendor. Due to them being out, I settled with the inflation of the price. Not only are they double the cost, they charge sales tax. No biggie though, sometimes you have to pay for quality. However, the actually delivery is why I will NEVER use this shop again. I met with the driver at our scheduled time and he insisted I needed to get into his vehicle to sign paperwork. Super uncomfortable, I have never met this guy before, and it was just not the best impression. As I asked him a question, he looked around as if he was worried we were going to get into trouble. Long story short, I called the shop back and they were apologetic but said they would have the owner call me. No one has called, not sure if it's because they received my money and do not care about the quality of the overall experience but every customer should matter. I will not pay double the money, pay tax, and be mistreated. There are plenty of shops in the San Diego area and I will continue to give them my business. In all the years of having interactions with dispensaries, this was by far the worst. As a woman I don't find it necessary to crawl into some random man's car, we could of filled out the paperwork outside. Nothing illegal is transpiring, therefore I'm not sure what all the sneaky behavior was for. Sketchy.
