1. The establishment is in such a convenient place by my bus stop. 2. The lobby was so beautiful, spotless, and comfortable. 3. The process for signing in and getting in took about 6 minutes total. 4. EVERYONE embraced me with a warm smile, no judgments attached! 5. The display cabinetry was remarkably shiny! 6. My budtender, Lindsie. How can I even put this in words?! This lady was amazing. She informed me on the deals and specials before I even thought to ask about it. She took her time explaining anything I had questions on. She gave me accurate alternatives to my inaccurate Leafly research. She helped me decide without pushing any strains on me. Not even once did she try to rush me out, and she was always engaged in my presence there. She let me talk her ear off about school that day without any complaints, even though I was her last customer for the day. She even gave me a bottle of water when I mentioned I was thirsty! It was really just a spectacular experience, and I felt very listened to, and valued as a customer. That is how it should be! When customer service is this exceptional, price isn't even a factor anymore. Best dispensary thus far, no questions asked. Thanks guys!

This strain knocked me on my butt and put everything in slow motion! It was a really nice couch-lock feeling, but I was expecting a heady feeling. Luckily, I didn't have anything planned that night because I was out of this world, medicated!

The building itself was a little hard to find because I went when it was dark, but once I got in and signed in, the wait wasn't too bad. The other patients that were waiting with me were very down to earth and funny. Once I got called to the back, I was sent to this super cool old dude, I wish I could remember his name. He was so awesome, he answered all my questions, allowed me to look at anything I asked to see, let me look at and smell my product from a container before packing it, gave me suggestions, and didn't try to rush me out at all. I felt very comfortable and I really felt "a part of the family!" As I walked out, all the budtenders made sure to acknowledge my visit. It was my first time visiting there, and the first dispensary I've ever visited actually, so now I've got my expectations set pretty high for those other dispensaries out there. I definitely recommend EGC, and I will go back as soon as I need to! The product I got is really lasting me a long time, they have great packaging for keeping it fresh!
