I like the store, the layout is more effective than most other dispensaries. The product is good, and at better prices than the next nearest dispensary to the south. Staff is hit or miss, you either get a great budtender like Whitney, who is clearly knowledgeable and passionate about what she does; or you get the feeling that you are inconveniencing the other staff members by asking questions about the products and their opinions on them. Budtenders make or break the experience and unfortunately 80% of those I have worked with here are brusque, impatient and seemingly disinterested in providing a reasonable level of customer service. It's too bad really, because I could have seen this location becoming my regular dispensary.

tons of product, very knowledgeable budtenders, not a fan of the deli style weed because it takes forever, but the flower is decent.

Make sure to double and triple check the price that they give you and that all product makes it into your bag. first visit I was shorted a half eighth from my order. today my budtender took my coupon for a free eighth and then didn't apply it to the transaction so I'm out 65 bucks between their two screwups.

Emerald is pure gold. They are usually fast and super friendly. Good buds and fair pricing on cartridges and topicals. The user who complained about long lines on Friday is a fool. It was Live Concentrate's Clear Daze, buy one get one all day, so to complain about a wait when people are spending and saving literally hundreds to thousands of dollars per transaction is stupid. There was a line before 7am, and it was expected all day, as people travelled to Emerald from all over the valley for the savings. Emerald is tops. And the fact that they open at 8am is just icing on the cake.
