I bought this in a package deal last Christmas and I have had nothing but trouble since buying it. The battery life is abysmal and I usually have to charge mine more than once a day. Luckily, I bought two so I just leave one always charging. I've never had this issue with $15 pens which typically last me a couple days between charges. There are other issues such as the design not matching what is shown on the web site and packaging (the logo is printed on instead of being engraved, and it's printed on the opposite side of the button instead of being engraved on the cap). Also, I've had issues with some full gram cartridges being extremely difficult to unscrew mostly due to the cap on the pen being too long. I did attempt to contact support regarding these issues, but I never heard back. I think I will just stick to cheaper pens in the future. The premium price seems solely based on the upscale look of the pen, as it definitely doesn't seem to offer any advantages in performance such as an improved battery.
