I was a loyal patient/customer since March 2018, not going anywhere else even if there was a better deal. I haven’t been back here in several weeks because management tried to screw me over on the Saturday deal. I was in such disbelief because it was so petty but at least I know where they stand. It’s clear they don’t want me to shop here. Prices are higher here than most places nearby and the product has been getting significantly worse over the past year so I don’t see any reason to come back and have to deal with the funny business. This place has gone downhill since the new owners started changing everything for the worse.

I've been to a few dispos and Raspberry Roots is by far the best for top shelf buds and wax, especially the Canamo stuff they carry. Yesterday I grabbed some Royal Gorilla and it was 🔥🔥🔥, gonna be back for more soon before its gone!

I love their rapidly expanding delivery service and their daily deals make make it easy to stock up without breaking the bank. The flower is top quality and burns white, so you know it's pure. Biker Kush & Berry White are my favorite strains!

I used to frequent here until I started finding a lot of premature seeds in the strains. It's disgusting and unpleasant to smoke. The shatter has improved slightly only because I heard Canamo is blasting it but it still doesn't compare to what's around the valley for far less money, it still has the same strange aftertaste like it's full of chemicals. The employees hardly know their products anymore but they still act like they know it all, it makes it hard to find what will help my pain best. I won't be stopping by these locations anymore.

I love the new concentrate pricing since I pick up more than a few grams each time. I always go off the budtenders choice because they've never steered me wrong. Fruit Cake and Blue Cookies are 🔥🔥🔥

my budtender Jared was so awesome. I asked to see a bunch of strains and he took his time and help me pick the right stuff even thought I was taking forever. Swell has the best customer service and the best herb in the west valley

It seemed a little sketchy when I fist arrived. The product was garbage, it smelled like there was bud rot and mold in the middle of the buds especially the headcheese. I wont be coming here anymore.
