Hi I've gone 2 times and today for the first time I was able to place a preorder which was very exciting as I have never been able to before and wait times for non preorder orders can be as much as 2-3 hours waiting on line. I placed my order early today and on the way to great Barrington( about 2 hours after they approved my order or accepted it) we get a text that they have no gummies...even though they accepted or approved the order why not check if they are available before they tell you its okay so that you don't waste your day driving somewhere for nothing. Also, currently it still shows on the menu that all items are available still one hour after receiving the notification that they have no gummies???? It takes almost 2 hours to get there to get a text like that is just annoying and it is unnecessary being that the preorder menu is very skeletal in what you can buy and in their explanation of what you can buy which also made me purchase 2 things by mistake and the only way to edit the order is to cancel it...You should be able to change the order before it is filled!!!I am very upset bc that was the reason we were going today(to get gummies) and if I go on the web sight to preorder trying to place a new order it is still allowing me to purchase the gummies which is ridiculous. So which one is accurate do you have them or not???? I am anxiously awaiting new places to open in the area so I don't have to deal with all of the annoying limitations, incorrect info, rude people who work there, and a lack of info therefore making mistakes on what you want to buy very possible. I think i'm done with this place.
