This product is very effective in helping my lower back and joint pain. I've shared this with family and friends as well as given it out as gifts and consistently everyone has had a positive experience with this balm. I know there seems to be a huge variety of balms out there and I've tried a few to compare but this continues to be my go to remedy for daily arthritis management.
