no more delivery to medical patients? really?

I visited this dispensary last year and was very happy with products, quality, and customer service experience.

This dispensary looks like they have been open for a few weeks. The atmosphere feels cold and odd set up in my opinion. They have a huge space and have accessories everywhere but no flower are displayed unlike other dispensaries. They also have a kinda odd system with a few people behind a window who throws products in a box with a bag. I have utilized the order ahead with this dispensary but the wait is just as long for some reason. When I order ahead... I want to walk in and walk out in minutes. I waited just as long as if I ordered in the dispensary. Like the other reviews, the vape pens are a problem and need to be addressed as they are losing buisness over this. Products are not amazing just ok. So to compensate I would suggest jazzing the place up a bit.. maybe make a cool waiting room with the empty space.. I would consult with an interior designer.. its lacking.

i have been here 2-3 times. The wait was extreamly long every time i went. the staff was friendly but doesn't appear to be mindful of patients time. staff appear to be enthusiastic about product but again need to be more mindful of time and to answer patients specific questions.

I am so happy to discover this clinic. Quick, easy, friendly, parking. Very impressed by CO2 vape cartridges. have not tried the rosin yet that i purchased but will update once i do. RECOMENDATIONS FOR CLINIC: - advertise the 1st patient special on your website. i looked in the past and couldn't find it so never visited. i found about discount at the cannabis convention. -co2 cartridges. dispensaries should advertise this more loudly because patients really do care and look for this prior to visiting.

I am so tired of the same strains here and the same old, same old. HERE SOME ADVICE: since Jack Frost sells out in a day, have you thought about growing more? Please stop using plastic bins to store all your flower and use glass Jars like a big kid....throw a humidifier packet in there as well because your flower needs it. Offer delivery or express pick up. Offer sales or rewards points. Jack frost is the only reason i go back to this dispensary....higher quality vape cartridges, flower, and faster service
