I got to the dispensary to get a pick up order and they told me I had to wait in my car for 45 minutes... Worst service ever the guy at the door was pretty rude too. And not only that after I left, they texted me 20 mins later telling me it was my turn absolute BS! I went to the Curaleaf on Bell Rd they helped me in literally 5 mins...

Ok so I'm pretty upset because I love this dispensary and they have always been good to me in the past, however, I feel the need to mention that I was pretty upset by what happened when I went in to get my express order this evening. The woman behind the express counter came off as very cold and unfriendly and when I asked her about the free eighth they were offering on thier deals page, it said "free eighth with a $100 purchase" and my express order was $185.70 total, she told me "no because one of the items I bought was a bogo item" what the hell kind of B.S.? I was pretty upset because that is false advertising, no where did it say I would be excluded from the deal because of that... I'm very upset and may not go back and it's a shame I spend a lot of money at this location...

I really love the Ponderosa Releaf! The entire staff are so welcoming every time I go in! CANAMO IS THE BEST CONCENTRATE! By far!

I don't know what the one star reviews are even talking about, because I was helped by a friendly male bud-tender by the name of Jared, and he was very educated & helpful. I also have to mention he was "easy on the eyes." :p ;)
