I have been using BMWO since February, making approximately 20-25 orders, and have had no problems with orders or delivery. Until now. I made an order on June 20th, no response for 24hrs. I sent an email, no response. I then sent a second email, no response again. Usually BMWO responds very quickly to inquiries, but for some reason they refuse to answer emails this time. 48 hrs later they accepted my payment ($324) but have not provided shipping info or a tracking number. It's starting to look like I will be out some money. Time to find another provider that will answer when contacted.
