Went in to get this deal today on the medical ounces. 7 employees sitting around and music blasting so loud I couldn't hear anyone behind the partition on the counter. Finally after asking 3x what the employee said, she rudely said it will just be a minute! Turn the music down and we wouldn't have an issue. Next, never asked me which side I was shopping on (have used med card here before) and I went back and had to explain this to the budtender who was just as confused as I was. Ask her if the deal is on flower, shake or trim and said she thinks it's flower, but I wanted to check as last time these were not even popcorn buds (I get that it's cheap, but that doesn't make up for a misrepresentation of product). Still couldn't hear anything with the blaring music and the constant chatter of the 15 employees they had standing on top of each other and constantly asking me to move aside as I am trying to choose what I wanted. Asked about concentrate, but the girl was having so much trouble with the screens and limited resources that I just got my ID back and left. Never hated a dispensary experience, until today. I get it's a weird time, but it's a weird time for costumers as well. This half-ass effort and horrible service aren't justified because of a virus. I couldn't get the deal online, or I never would have waited to get to the store to choose, but they did me a favor because I would never spend my hard earned money at a place that thinks they are entitled because they are a chain and have deep pockets. I will support local shops and leave this place to the birds.
