First time in wasn't bad, wasn't great. Took advantage of the FTP special and it was okay. show up yesterday referring my bro and wow. I've had my card for over 4 years now and I was so put off and disturbed by how they handled his transaction I didn't give you my business. clarify your FTP special. if a purchase is made for 90$ on any concentrate I should get a free gram of ANY concentrate of equal value or less. to limit it to same brand only makes you the only dispensary in the valley that does so. lost my business and I have a friend who works here. lol

Also gotta give a shout out to a few budtenders, Pablo & Noah are newer. Both great, but gotta give extra love to Brett, Luke, & Jake. Those 3 always give me great advice/suggestions & are very knowledgeable! Can't leave a review without mentioning Scott & Lauren. You 2 keep this place running smoothly for sure & lastly, shout out to the security guard who never hesitates to help w/ my wheelchair. Can't forget the water bottles & dog treats. So for those of you that read this & have had a bad experience, give TruMed another chance, stop depriving yourself of the best meds & service AZ has to offer. I had to leave 2 reviews cause 1 couldn't fit all I wanted to say. Much love, keep it up fam!! ✌

you guys only have 4 strains on your fire shelf. the kimbo kush and BlackBerry aren't fire. the cannatonic and campfire cookies came from trumed in Phoenix. those are your most superior strains (cannatonic being 6.5% thc 8%cbd) and campfire cookies is barely pushing 20%thc. step up. think David helped me last time I was in, GREAT customer service but disappointing med selection for sure.

Used to be my go to spot. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my meds but have to say I get a different vibe when I go in here now. Quality has gone down, menu is smaller and prices are the same. Not as clean or prefessional as it used to be months ago. Casey Jones and Ripped bubba didn't relieve my pain. Big fan of the Skywalker and sour og but it only lasted 6 days on the menu, leaving me to assume everyone jumped on those cause the lack of other top shelf strains. Not sure if you guys lost the connection with your previous growers or what but need to get back to more variety on the organic tier and that fire you guys used to always have.

Tried Green Pharm out for my first time, spoke to Justin in their office to place my first order with them, he was very professional, threw in a free gram (discount since they package in eighths). Was told that Adam would call between 12-1pm with an ETA the following day. No call, I called at 430 Adam answered, went over my order and said it may have been sold to someone else, said he'd follow up on my order and that the delivery would be between 730-9 pm never called back to verify my order. I was FURIOUS so I went to a dispensary to get meds. at 7 pm i get a text saying he's headed this way, so I called and they ended up having my exact order. I was very pleased with my meds (blackberry kush/super sour diesel) plus the vital CBD balm. Adam wasnt as professional, but sounded like he had a rough day so I'd still recommend these guys, just be patient with them! Other than that, you'll be very happy with your meds!

I always base my decisions on the reviews I see left by customers and I haven't seen better reviews for any other MMJ service. I've used multiple delivery services and been to multiple dispensaries (GTA, Harvest, Emerald Palace, Green Key MMJ, Dr. Mj, and more) most impressed with Green Valley Meds so far. Val was knowledgable, quick to deliver (ETA was on point), he was professional, and wasn't in a rush and didn't bullshit, you can tell he cares! I got the Sour Diesel and he told me it was as good as any he's seen and stood by the product, as do I!!! Best strain I've found for pain with mood and appetite enhancing effects. Also got a free half gram of Grape God and Blue Dream for being a first time patient, was very impressed with all strains. Val even threw in some free rolling papers. They are grown organically and you can tell, all of them smoke smooth and wont leave you coughing (that unpleasant smokers cough). Best meds I've found for the best prices, very professional, and TOP SHELF MEDS. I highly recommend Green Valley Meds, you won't be disappointed! & if you have any questions, just ask him, he won't bullshit you.
