Great products and prices but this place does not know how to handle crowds. Other dispensaries have specific windows for pre-order pick ups for medical patients instead of having to wait behind rec/people who are first time users and need a full run through, or those who don’t have a clue what they want. It also doesn’t look good when you don’t have anyone at the front desk, and when they finally come to check you in, they check the five people who walked in after you before you, after you’ve already been waiting. If you come on a slow day- great service. They need to figure out how to handle crowds more efficiently so don’t come on weekends if you have things to do unless you like waiting in unorganized lines.
