I'm a skeptic when it comes to creams promising pain relief. I have an inflamed tendon in my right knee. I use the cream 3-5 times a day and the relief is almost instant and lasts several hours. My knee is gradually getting better but it is nice to have some relief in the meantime. The smell is light and not at all offensive.

I am unable to take strong prescription pain medication and this works great to relieve my pain. Works very quickly for me.
