The Joint on Market - Salem

We where just in this store on State St today and for some reason they could not pull up my wifes account in their "New" system they have regarding rewards/discounts for buying from them. The used to have a punch card system that worked just fine, but they decided to go to a system where they keep track of that in their computers. Big Fail! My guess is that less transparency means more profits for them. Now the customer has no idea how much of a credit/or rewards they have accrued. We spend quite a money at this store and at the store on Market St. They have just lost a couple of customers. I let the people in the store know that their "new" system sucks. I really don't think they gave a crap...jmo. There to many other dispensaries to spend our money at. I would avoid The Joint at all cost.
