Wonderful people and atmosphere, this shop is my absolute favorite. To be fair, there are a couple of good shops in Corvallis, but for knowledge and consistency I haven't found any to be better. At their busiest the waiting room can be a little tight, but it's pretty obvious from the outside that the building is small, so I don't see how that could come as a surprise. But even when busy, the staff take the time to make sure you feel welcomed and comfortable.
I also appreciate seeing the bud I'm about to buy. It allows you the buyer to quality control for yourself, and you can see the product before deciding.
