Bait & Switch. I used the Leafly Menu to find a product I was interested in. When I was in the shop the budtender charged me 50% more than the quoted price. He looked it up on the Menu, saw the quoted price but would not honor it. Published prices should be honored (it was the only reason I was there) and failure to do so has lost my business.

This is the first place I look when I want clones. Called ahead to check availability and spoke with Mark. He said it looked like they were out of what I was looking for. About an hour later I received a call back (he must have checked my caller id) saying he found my strain in the misc section. He then held the plants for us until we could get there. Once we arrived he also set us up with some sweet flower. The clones were beautiful also. Another good experience at Progressive. Been coming here for years and not one bad experience. We will be back.

This was my first visit to the newly opened (about a week) Dispensary. The atmosphere is a bit sterile, but the budtender was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I was looking for concentrates and flowers and they have a large selection of both at very good prices. My purchases have proved to be of very good quality. Add in the convenient location and I will be back.

A welcome addition to the westside. Love that we don't have to go into town. Nik was wonderful at the front desk and Jon G our budtender was very friendly and helpful. This is becoming a regular stop. Great job guys.

This is one of my wife's go to places. If we encounter again the "budtender" (I use that term loosely for this young lady) that waited on us yesterday, it will not be for long. The staff here is usually friendly and helpful. Not yesterday. She was very unfriendly and acted as if it was a bother to help us. I don't know if Nectar moved the staff we usually see here to their new location, I just know that they were nowhere to be found yesterday. If this had been our first visit here it would have been our last.

Very helpful friendly staff. Staff cares about providing relief for the patient. We will be back next time we are in Brookings.

First visit. Guy in lobby was not very well organized, but when we got to the counter all was good. Quality flowers and an informative, friendly budtender. We will be back.
