This place is pretty good for a smaller dispensary with a small selection. It's been hit and miss with service, I am a caregiver so I do appreciate the knowledge of different strains. Last time I came in they were out of a Strain I wanted but wouldn't substitute for a better strain. I got something I really wasn't sure about for the same price. Any other place I've gone has always substituted for a higher shelf strain if they didn't have enough or any of something I wanted. No questions asked, in fact that was their solution and that's good customer service. The only other thing I think they could do better is by keeping up with the other dispensaries, better 1st time patient giveaways, or throwing in free cones or papers when someone spends $300 at once. I don't really have an incentive to return regularly so I only come here when I'm in the area. In other words, I'm not going out of my way to come here when I can go to another dispensary which is also out of my way but get extras.

I've been regularly coming here for the past few months, I love it, always feel comfortable, the guys are great except one that has happened to be the one who has helped me the past two times I was there. I'm not sure of his name but he's set apart from everyone else there. He's not all that knowledgable, I feel he rushes me, and since I'm a caregiver not a mm user, I am not aware of everything and really appreciated the way the other guys took their time with me, gave us papers when we spent hundreds at a time. This guy didn't offer me a refund on the ATM fee, no papers, and little to no help choosing strains for my patient. I will continue coming here but I guess will hope when the door opens its not him who's going to be the one helping me. Other than that, very professional, my patient is doing well with his PTSD, and this place is so convienently located close to home!
