I wonder if my two visits here were on their worst days ever, or if the people leaving these reviews don't know about the amazing boutique shops all over town? This place feels like the Kmart of PDX dispensaries. Large selection of inexpensive, low-quality flower that seems to have been sitting around for ages. All but one cartridge I bought there was faulty too. I asked to return them but it was past the return policy date, so make sure you test the carts when you get home and return them ASAP (these were made by golden extracts and CO2 Co.) Quality - the weed they have on sale is obviously marked down for a reason. The "weed of the week" I got last time smelled like burnt dust and hair when I sparked up a bowl and looked nothing like the sample they had in the case. It seemed very old and tasted terrible. And like I mentioned above, my cartridges didn't work. Service- A guy hassled me about a mailing list while the receptionist entered my OMMP details into their database. A couple of loitering customers (employees?) were also around to sing the mailing list's praises (and comment on my wife's appearance, getting a little too familiar.) This must be one hell of a mailing list. The kid helping me in the back was stoned out of his mind or training, not sure but they were not "all there." A knowledgable bearded guy took over and helped me make heads and tails of the large concentrate selection. I gave extra stars for that guy. One thing that will keep me from going back is that they take FOREVER. Rather than it being weighed in front of me, my order came from a mysterious room 15 pminutes later my first (and last!) name was shouted clear across the room. It's a good thing I'm "out" as a cannabis user to people in my life, my name is uncommon and my family is well-known in the area. They also put your first and last name all over your purchase, which upset my wife who is a recreational user. No other store she's been to does that. Don't accidentally drop your weed in a place you shouldn't because there will be no denying who it belongs to. Atmosphere- sterile, feels like a doctors office, harsh lighting, sketchy parking lot The last reason I won't return is that the tall heavyset older gentleman in the office by the entrance was talking down to the receptionist in a rather ruthless way *while* she was assisting customers. She looked humiliated. It was unprofessional and uncomfortable. There are so many wonderful places in this city, if this is the only place you purchase meds you should branch out.
