I used to use this company religiously every week and I spent quite a bit of money each time. The first 2 deliveries came on time and with good service, but it didnt take long for the customer service to plummet. My last and final package was order April 24th, ended up stuck at the originating p.o. for a week, and their internationally outsourced customer service representatives kept on giving me the same copy and paste answers to every inquiry I made. Needless to say I am still without my package here in May, and there have been no answers as to what will be done next be it refund or otherwise. This is my last and final transaction with BMWO as I have already found a new supplier who looks much more promising.
