I would say that it's an ok dispensary. Prices aren't great, the rewards system is a joke, and military vets don't really get better deals (not that I deserve it) but everywhere else gives better options. Jars seems to be a typical AZ store; it's all about profit and not really about the customer. I have had pretty good trips there unless I have to deal with the "Chia Pet". He is the worst worker there. He has a ridiculous afro and beard and the worst customer service I have seen in Prescott Valley; Phoenix people have better customer service and that is baffling. Today (11/30), I was the next in line and he waitied until I was called up to call the next in line intentionally not calling me because like most Arizonans, he has no manners or professionalism. Even if he had asked me to come up, I would have told the customer behind me to go because he sucks. The last time he "rang" me up, he huffed and puffed and got visibly irritated that I got a freebie for spending $75 or more. Today, I watched him deliberately because I absolutely think he is the biggest piece of trash in that store and lo and behold he once again got visibly upset because the customer asked for the specials. If this is the type of person you want representing your store, then yeah, for sure an Arizonan company, but I think we as customers deserve more if we spend hundreds of dollars at your store. I would ask you to reassess his overall competency and customer service skills and figure something out. I hesitate to come to your store because of such below-par customer service, but because this city is kind of crappy to drive in, I don't want to drive to Prescott just for weed.
