MUST AVOID!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!! David the bud tender who’s working the morning is extremely rude and unprofessional! Last Friday I told him about the need to talk to customer service in a friendlier tone of voice he got upset and complained to management also accused me of targeting him just because I’m rude and the color of his skin?! LMAO no it’s not that I asked to please make sure I get the right preroll since the SMOKING SIGNALS merchandise is never what it says it is. It’s always short guess what his response was? I don’t roll them I don’t package them! Yeah but you can try to accommodate a request from a customer when they’re making the purchase. I deal with Alicia and the other girls and I have never had any issues with them upon making the same request instead he tries to argue with you really? Well I do t know what he told the manager but apparently now just because I complained to the business I caused problems!!! LOL well it’s a shame I was retaliated against. That’s fine but just giving you guys a heads up if you wanna go there for inaccurate and bad cannabis this is your place to go!!! Don’t even bother trying talking a manager or the actual GM Danielle since she never is in or “ALWAYS HAS A MEETING” so tough luck on that end. Also just because this store has a drive thru that’s open 24 hrs supposedly you’ll be waiting for quite a while. So please avoid this place got to Inyo, Essence, or any other cannabis shop in Vegas plus they have good deals!!! AVOID THIS BUSINESS SINCE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT US REGULARS INSTEAD THEY JUST KICK YOU OUT JUST FOR INFORMING AND LETTING THEM
