Well, evedentally if you give your honest review and it's a negative this place has an issue appreciating you for your honest and business still. I called after placing my 1st review and the Katie??? blonde girl behind desk told me it could take up to 3 days for my review to post and only then can I come get my free gram for my review. Hours later I see my review posted and waste gas to go there and her and Chris in the back give me the run around that because of my negative review of their product sucking and still giving them a four star, the manager Christian wont honor my review and give the promised gram. Then, I was told to contact management about it.....why even post it and approve it, if your not going to honor the review. I have only been happy a few times there. the product is dry and poor for the most part. Monday, I will call and ask
