I purchased a contaminated distillate cannabis concentrate cartridge from this dispensary on 2/8/20. Five minutes of use gave me a headache and nausea and I recognized that as symptoms of a contaminated cartridge. I brought the cartridge back to let them know that batch was unsafe and to request that they not sell the rest of them. I was happy to eat the cost of the unusable cartridge and was repeatedly told I couldn't get a refund that I never asked for. The person working was unprofessional and let me know that the owner will decide if they still want to the sell the contaminated products. The one gram cartridge is made by Green Leaf Labs and I requested the dispensary contact them to let them know. This dispensary is two blocks from my house and I will be letting my neighbors know to avoid doing business here. I will keep checking if the dispensary has pulled the unsafe product or if they are choosing to sell a product they know to be unsafe for customers.
