Been a member of Pure Green for over a year now. They went through a management change a couple months ago and ever since then service has gone downhill fast. Before the management change, never had an incomplete or wrong order and they went above and beyond to surprise me with freebies and fast service. Since becoming "Pure Green America" it's a mixture of human error getting orders wrong and longer waits. I've waited months to see if things would improve as it might have been growing pains, but it seems like they just trimmed all the fat and are underemployed so errors are more common. Tree is still satisfactory and the individuals I interact with are nice and apologetic, but I shouldn't have to "put-up" with my weed place with so many options in the area.
