very frustrated they filled my order for mimosa two different times, even though they do not have mimosa in stock it is mislabeled, and have known about it for a week now. they have not removed it from the menu. and do not call to inform of their issue. they just fill the order and let you waste your time, and tell you once you get there. If it's still available order some and demand a discount for their wasting your time. they dont seem to care about customers' time or frustration or even getting the correct product as they have not done anything to correct the sitoation. I was ready to stop shopping here the first time it happened. still looking for mimosa.

Just got one of the high-grade half oz and its "minis" popcorn buds. Disappointed that it's not accurately listed on their menu hard enough to get meds right now. if the packaging says minis so should the product description.

service has gone downhill last 4x in. bad anxiety and im really quiet. They allways seem frustrated with me instantly. But im not picky at all . They are not friendly or welcoming at all. The shatter is always good. off my list, and im sad about it. not worth the drive anymore..

Nobody at the front window, 4 people waiting one was trying to turn in a new patient form. the budtender said i will help you soon as possible to the waiting room so it appeared to be only one girl working both the front and budtending. but they were posting bag openings on instagram literaly the same time. get it together or let someone else use that space! you are terrible ! customer service is the worst in the valley :(

won't be back. front desk service terrible. music so loud nobody can hear when they call names. nobody tells you leafly trailer giving joint for review so would have had to wait second time to get a preroll. Got my leafly sticker.

great dispensary, friendly people. busy but short wait time. huge selection of pretty much everything. great prices on prepacked flower. bud tender recommended some real good flower. good concentrates, the plastic the shatter comes on is no good and the caps on the live resin smell like pool toys and effect the smell of the product a bit, but that's not a huge deal. wish it was in north phx!

great shop. waiting area is a bit small/boring and they get busy, but the wait is not terrible any time I have been there. decent flower for the price. great first time patient experience.
