I gave quality a four star as I am from Washington State and have yet to find the same quality as Seattle. However for the Eugene/ Springfield area this is the only location that has quality that's affordable I have seen so far. I have been to bout half a dozen other cannabis stores in the area since moving here, but this is the friendliest!
