I love this dispensary but I do have to agree with the other review I read. I do think they discriminate against there African-American employees. There's one guy in there that is a lead that's not moved up in the company in years, I've seen him at all 3 Nectar's. That is beyond unexceptional and I constantly see new white managers moving above him even though he's never said anything, it's so obviously happening. I have been a long-time customer and I'm also a white American and not even in the mindset to normally notice this which is why this is even more so a problem. I believe this company needs to promote every one equally and I'm hoping this company takes a minute to read this and make the needed changes immediately.
