Not all visits go well but they manager on duty promptly, respectfully corrected issue once he was aware. I believe my budtender was new, but considering, she did a phenomenal job. I will def come more often now that i know the service is as good as the meds. Thank you natures meds!

Went here for my fist time a few weeks back. When check-ins started to change. Checked in with front desk lady and couldnt believe how snippy she was. At first it was just me but then i noticed she was like that with everyone entering. I literally wrote it off and went on with my day thinking “hell, we all have those days sometime. No big deal” My second visit a few days ago.......Same. Thing. Same experience. She was rude to lady in front of me and very Literally dont want to run into her and it makes me want to avoid the dispo.

I probably will not return after my first time. I really dislike starting a review like that but hear me out...no worries ill give you short version It was my first time at sol. (Just isnt in my area). Knew exactly what i was buying. Ordered from budtender. They called manager over for 1st time BOGO approval. (He was awesome by the way). After he left budtender lets out huge belch. No burp. Belch. Her coworker tells her how disgusting she is as shes laughing, as Im standing there.....frozen. I turned around and pretended I wasnt there. I was waiting for my change and had no other options. Thank God we are all wearing masks though. I got my change from her and left

This place is the best. Tried almost everywhere for first time and swell is only spot im returning to. Deli style is the best. You know for sure what you're walking away. Kick ass staff to.
