Thank you for delivery...as a medical patient who needs product at their earliest convenience, you nailed it every time. Thank you for not using “BlackbirdGo.” Everyone in Las Vegas needs to follow suit. Your delivery service alone gets 10/5 stars.

First off, don’t let the strip mall fool you. You’ll see upon walking in. They have an array of product. It’s very well organized. The Budtender, Matt, recommended a strain that I’ve never tried before upon relaying which strains I particularly like. Well. He was right on the money and extremely knowledgeable. I am 100% satisfied as a Medical Patient!

Inyo is on my top 3 List of Nevada dispensaries that cater to Medical patients and get a 13/10 rating when it comes to customer service. I would like to personally thank Andrew the Manager during a mishap between “BlackbirdGo” and my order. Andrew was patient and very understanding plus went out of his way to make up for a mistake on the 2nd hand party’s delivery fail. I support this dispensary fully. Keep up the amazing work!

It’s Saturday. I need a certain strain. I’m also Medical. My delivery and product came at a perfect timing and correct. Thank you for displaying 100% customer service. This is THE REEF location that actually caters to MMJ patients! The staff is super friendly and extremely informative. If you are an MMJ patient, you will be catered to immensely. Love you guys!

I used their delivery service. Before I start ranting and raving I realize that all I need to do is keep it short and sweet. Spencer was extremely patient while setting me up in the system as a first time patient. He kept his word on holding the last stock of the strain I needed. Kept me in the loop regarding estimated time of arrival. I am overly ecstatic when it comes to his & the rest of the budtender's customer service skills. I can't wait to order delivery again especially to avoid lines/crowds after the "recreational" state law passes!!!

My overall experience here was great. At the time I went they literally had the exact three medical flower strains I needed. I sporadically check their menu every once in awhile and the product is usually always there and updated. Their prices are slightly higher, however the product does meet your expectations and much more. I wish it wasn't located on the corner of almost one of the busiest intersections, but I'll be back for sure.

I went to this location with my one of my male mates who isn't a medical marijuana patient, however, he is a gentleman accompanying a lady in this urban neighborhood. Upon entering I made sure to ask if he was able to sit in the waiting room. The young man behind the glass literally relayed that he could not go in the waiting area, but if told otherwise, then we aren't allowed to discuss cannabis together or "exchange money" while in the waiting room. I 100% respect any dispensary's regulations, but I have to admit that it seemed sketchy because my intent was to purchase medical marijuana for myself. With that being said it was a sigh of "releaf" (see what I did there) when my name was called to enter another door. My budtender was extremely knowledgeable and genuinely honest when it came to answering my questions. The overall atmosphere was very inviting. This location has 4 out of the 5 strains I need so of course I will be a repeat patient or use their delivery service in the future!
