This place has gone downhill since it got bought out. Products don’t ring up at the right price. The menu and deals aren’t accurate. They advertise sales on sold out products. They don’t really know what they have in stock and what they don’t have. The music is too loud in the store, to the point customers and budtenders are yelling to be heard. I said something about the music being too loud and they said they get that complaint a lot, yet the music is always too loud. I expect more from medical. I expect to not have hippa violated bc the budtender and I have to yell my personal information to heard each other. The budtenders are hit or miss. Some are great, some don’t have any knowledge of the products they are selling, basic math or the point of sales system they are using. Again, I expect more for medical. I expect budtenders to know about the products. All the info for products is online, they can check but they just say ‘I don’t know’. There is a really lazy vibe at this dispensary, in a bad way. They see the problems but don’t care, they don’t care if their budtenders are knowledgeable or not, they don’t care if the music is too loud, they don’t care the menu isn’t accurate, it’s just lazy. There are some really great people here but overall it’s not a great dispensary any more. The quality, professionalism and customer service just aren’t there now.
