NEVER GO HERE! They have good products, which you can get cheaper the same name, etc. from other dispensaries. I went there and the receptionst was so rude and abusive over a mistake HE made. He yelled at me for coming in too soon when he specifically told me to come in when a customer left as they were at capacity which I did. He started screaming at me and told me "I'll deal with you later" and proceeded to make fun of me to the customer before me and the customer after me, who stood up for me and told him he was abusive and berated me. He proceeded to make fun of me again and it was so bad the customer stood up for me again and told him to stop because it was beyond abusive and cruel what he was saying. I wrote to management and the owner to report what happened and I got no response. NEVER GO HERE!! In Good Health in Brockton is much better and half the time Theory buys from them and jacks up the price by at least $10. Theory Wellness is the worst company I have ever dealt with and are unprofessional at best. Rude and snobby with overpriced products and management doesn't care if the staff is abusive which was shown by management and the owner. Last warning NEVER GO HERE
