I am a loyal customer, I’ve been going to MAC since they opened. I spend at a minimum $300 a week there. Unfortunately, they switched over to a point system instead of a the stamp card. When I asked about my rewards points the woman scoffed at me and said “I don’t think you have almost $200 worth of points” and proceeded to tell me I have about $29 in points and the system is wrong. Not sure how I’d only have $29 in rewards when I’ve been spending $300+ every week since the switch over. Extremely disappointing. I spend a decent amount of money there it would be a shame if I had to switch dispensaries due to this.
