First time at this location, last time buying from this company. Today i wanted to buy their "chemo" shatter which they ran out of. So i asked if the display sample is for sale and he said yeah sure. The sample was due to instability of the product and poor storage was turning into wax. I asked for a deal and he gave me a deal of 45/gram instead of 50. I said sure. I also wanted other strains of shatter which i had bought the previous week for 50 dollars and he told me 5 min earlier that it was 50$ per gram for all their shatter. But since he gave me a deal he wanted to make it up on the other end. I feel that these people selling poorly cured "weed" and no these are not bud-tenders selling/providing information on their premium cannabis. The first time at the Danforth location i asked the guy about shatter , he said he didn't know much because he never actually tried it yet so he could t help me (i was asking about indica/sativa, thc % and cbd% so same stuff as for bud) . Shortly after he told me about his lack of experience with concentrates (i appreciate the honesty) a new customer walked into the store saying how he doesnt know much about shatter and how hes not too experienced with "new superbuds" as he put it, the guy working there proceeded to push shatter onto this newbie and the whole time smirking at me as in (this guy is gonna get soooo hiiigh)....... Well this is something that can seriously hurt and backtrack Canadian legalization that so many have been jailed over and have lost their loves even due to the history that prohibition has done to the people. This is someone who is purposely trying to have their client get hurt with the medication they are selling. This kid (both locations same feel of the "budtender" baggy clothes, baseball hat, no smile , they could be brothers) seems like someone who just finished college and just dropped their job at being the college campus dealer. That is how i felt walking out of this place every time. I went there because i figured everyone has bad days but these people dont stand for good things. I cant make up a story why they are the way they are but all i can say with certainty is that the people running this place are not good people and my eyes and memory tell me that, its not a gut feeling no more, its a bad experience that no matter what i wont repeat and from time to time i will make sure that this review doesn't get buried with their friends posting other positive reviews (from what i heard because every person i talked to and had a bad review said that it got buried by these endless positive rant reviews that don't seem to reflect reality of experience at this place .

3 hours within signing up the delivery guy was at my door. With good prices and such good uakity you cant go wrong with this place. When i ordered i was very worried because the pictures of the shatter looked to "shiny" and some would say it looked photoshopped. And the bud looked like the photographer used too much lighting and made the pic look tooo pale and washed out(talking about purple skunk strain). Well it turns out that the shatter looked identical in person and in my hand as it did on the "photoshopped" picture and the bud pic where too much light was used turned out too be so covered in chrystals that it made the bud look "pale" and "washed out" because it was white from all the chrystals. These guys met and surpassed my expectations and it is my go to dispensary now for quality "treat yourself" kind of products for regular prices.
