Been going to the OG since they had only one shop on Hawthorne and Silverton Road. Having the Cross store in my neighborhood is fantastic. Nothing but good positive stuff to say about this business. Salem needs more small businesses like this. 👍🏼

Can’t complain about anything. I mean the closest complaint is the parking situation, but I’ve never experienced it. People complaining about the length of time it takes to make your purchase, quit yer bitchin! Let’s look at this as a whole...you get to buy weed, legally, in a clean professional location, rather than a parking lot in front of the US Market. You are also getting an ounce of PRIMO weed for $50 out the door. Idk about the rest of you, but back in the day I was paying $40 for 3.5 grams if I was lucky and you never know what you’re getting or the quality. This is the way purchasing bud should be done. Quality product, affordable for all, and educated bud tenders. There is no where else I will buy weed from. Thanks to George for always taking good care of me and to Jessica for being dope af and NEVER steering me wrong with a new flavor cartridge or strain.

Wow! Impressed- this is a great little shop tucked into a somewhat hidden location. I drove past 4 different shops on the way to Re-Leaf and would've passed 400 more. The setup is clean an organized. I was happily surprised to see so many different varieties of concentrates, and at such a GREAT 👍🏼 price!! I'm hoping the prices are pretty standard and not part of a Grand Opening promotion. I most definitely appreciate the daily gram specials for decent bud, rather than for bud that is 6% THC (just saying you guys aren't trying to bait and switch with your $5/gram daily specials). As a regular consumer, I am always looking for somewhere I can spend my money and make it last. This experience has been most excellent and I would love to see the owners thrive in this location. Btw, I'm not a veteran, but they take care of vets. Seriously, this place is great and the owners seem like they legitimately want to help others for the right reasons. 👍🏼🇺🇸✂️🌳

First time in to this shop based off a recommendation from my friend. I've been to many of the dispensaries in town and feel they pretty much fall into one of two categories: either they seem really shady or its the complete opposite and you can tell the owners are running an actual profitable business. Without a doubt Homegrown falls into the latter category. Walking in the front door I could tell it was going to be a good visit. It wasn't completely dark and unwelcoming; it had windows and plenty of light. I was immediately greeted by Elle (I think that was her name- she is really cute and has a big smile with dope hair) and after I was quickly checked in, she led me back to the promised land and I was amazed. There is so much to chose from. Inventory and variety are something Homegrown has going for it. I figured Elle was going to hand me off, but she stayed with me for the whole transaction, which was a really good way to do it, imo. She was incredibly knowledgeable and showed me some concentrates that I had never heard of before. You could tell she not only knew the details of what she was talking about, but she also has a strong sense of customer service and that is something that will make me a repeat customer. I rarely smoke flower, but on occasion I like to indulge. So when I let Elle know this, she pulled me some Evergreen Glue and let me tell you I was so not disappointed in what she recommended. I've got a high tolerance and this bud put me in check. This may very well be my new place to shop, I can't think of any reason to go somewhere else. Oh and they have daily deals...and I even got a 10% discount for being a first time customer! A 10% discount I didn't even ask for...It was just given to me. Btw- if your names not really Elle I apologize. You see I've been watching Stranger Things and the girl is named El and that's kinda how I think I remember your name. Either way, whoever helped me around 1:30 or so yesterday was super dope and is a valuable employee!!

I have been waiting months for this location to open and last Friday it finally did! This is a great location and they have plenty of products for sale. As would be expected, the employees were super friendly and happy to be there. I've been a customer with the OG since they opened last April, and can honestly say this is the best dispensary in town. It's pretty exciting to see the OG grow and become the premier dispensary in Salem, if not the state.

I stopped going to other shops in town about a year ago when I found this place. There are so many reasons why I would pass at least 4 or 5 dispensaries on my way to the OG. The location is most definitely not convenient for me- although being right off the freeway makes it overall extremely easy for most everyone! When you first walk into the shop you notice right away it's well lit and has comfortable chairs to sit in, should you ever have to wait. I should note that I have never ever had to sit in the waiting area, there is always ample staff ready to help. Once you get checked in, a door opens and you can behold the wonder...it's like what I imagine Oz would be like (the good Oz, not the prison Oz). I want to point out that every single employee I have interacted with has been AMAZING! They actually make me feel valued as a customer, rather than just another $40. The owners have taken the time to hire the right people for their job- from the bud tenders to the people making the oil. The quality shows. I can't wait to see what 2017 will look like 👊🏼✌🏼

Fantastic shop- employees knowledgeable and friendly. Store is a bit off the beaten path, but worth the find. Always a good selection and never a line.
