Front desk was so busy they could not place online pickup orders in the correct order. Myself and one other person ended up being being skipped multiple times before It was noticed our my cards were in a completely separate pile. I dont like to make a stir, but when I'm waiting as long as someone who didnt order online,(40 + minutes) theres a problem.

I have had two not so good experiences at this location. one when they first opened and one today when the atm machine went down and I was forced to come back, only to have to wait in the line once more. I wasnt happy and I hate being such a sour puss for people who do good work. bri (I hope spelt it right) not only was she able to turn that sass right on iits A#* , but she also made me laugh and threw me a pre roll for the trouble. not only did I get a fresh perspective of my tendency of being a butt hole, but she also showed me how great this place can be even when they made an error. my bad guys and thank you on the service!

On Saturday I went in after crummy day. I purchased a product without really thinking it out and the product ended up not working for me. I went in today and spoke with Tayne who was able to help me out and really did change things around. I really do appreciate what they were able to do for me and will definitely be coming back+

best quality of flower in the east valley! everytime I'm in the area I treat myself to their product and am never dissatisfied. would definitely recommend to friends! =D

i don't think there's enough room to tell you how amazing this dispensary is to me. Such a friendly enviroment with excellent staff who are always happy and willing to help. I simply love this place!
