VERY PLEASED!!! Well designed website - excellent selection - top notch nug - good selection of concentrates and edibles - useful & detailed descriptions. They are new but their customers are giving lots of product reviews which helps an old dog like me make good selections. Their prices are very fair for quality product. Their bud sampler deals (sativa & Indica) let me buy and try a little before spending a lot of cash on something that doesn't do the job. My order was processed on the 10th and received on the 13th. The order was complete and contained in completely smell proof bags. Phatnug is not the biggest online dispensary but they have a great selection of quality product at reasonable prices. And I am sure they will only grow their business. They seem to be taking a very professional approach to their business. I highly recommend them! My only negative - A glitch in their online age & identity app could not read a high resolution scan of my ID which did not make me happy. As a result I had to forward it by email (thus the loss of 1 star for service). Once sent however I was assured that they regularly purge their emails thus minimizing potential id hacking.
