DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS LOCATION! Layout of store is like a trap house. Security guard let in 9 rec patients before he even looked at the medical line then had a attitude when I asked when was I getting in. Medical tender I had was the WORST I’ve ever had in 8 years with a medical card. No knowledge, and was so rude when I asked her questions about Natures products.

I miss the old Ponderosa!! Old manger, original bud tenders! Canamo Cookies! Call in orders! And most of all not BEING RUSHED THROUGH THE ENTIRE PROCESS ONCE IN THE BACK! Maybe it’s all the new manager doings whatever it is definitely not the same. But as the manager told me “hey we are way more busy now so it is what it is!” Quality can go down hill as long as you’re busy.
