I have to say - the customer service here is fantastic (Thank you Anna!). After being a bit skeptical of the whole online / shipping process, they were there with me the entire way threw from before purchase/during purchase and after purchase. The staff even called my hotel where I was staying to make sure they received the package. Fantastic customer support and don't get me started on how good the strains were I purchased! Thank you Triple A - as I will be using your services more often than not!
