Outstanding. They deliver in all categories. Sophia did an excellent job explaining the vape products to me, the pros and cons new products coming soon. After I made my decision I asked her for some suggestions on some flower and she gave me a few suggestions. The flower was amazing but unfortunately the oil cartridge didn't work from the start. Luckily for me Sophia made sure I knew the return policy if I had any issues and assured me they would make it right.
I returned today today to be greated by will. The return process (with all packaging) was so smooth I almost forgot to get my bag. We swapped personal preference, tax on bud, I felt like I could chit chat for hours.
Coming from a sales background Sophia did an excellent job teaching me features and benefits of products, patient, and she made 2 great choices.
I consider my dispensary personal and I will now only be coming to Euphorium due to the atmosphere and family feeling.
