I sampled this strain from Bloom Phoenix. The smell was amazing, completely living up to its namesake. The intensity of the flavor and the smell through both my Arizer Solo and Dynavap was intense and, yes, intoxicating! The high is strong and colored by fits of laughter and intense focus, it is a sativa through and through; PUDCake makes awesome daytime medicine as well as evening medicine when going out having fun with friends. Another kick-ass example from Bloom Farms grow.

Purchased from Swell on Camelback Road, this batch was from Copperstate Farms. The Strain had an excellent taste and an excellent smoke. Floral notes and an almost juicy flavor was left on the mouth and tongue after a moderate bowl. The high came on suddenly and was very pleasurable. I don't recommend this strain for low tolerance or newer smokers and definitely not a daytime strain.

This strain has a very strong smell of lemon meringue pie with a taste that matches. Feeling uplifted, happy, and euphoric follow after smoking and remain. Has a chill and sweetness that makes it more like a hybrid and a great "anytime" strain.

This is a follow-up review, to make sure the service and quality stayed constant I have shopped at Nirvana at least ten times at various hours and days of the week. The short answer is that yes, Nirvana is consistently awesome and my favorite dispensary! Amazing flower and a great selection make it a must see even if you have a closer dispensary. Two employees I want to single out this review is Budtender Ari and the front counter's Kyla. Ari was not only friendly and knowledgeable but made sure to get me the biggest nugs and to trim the stems to lower the weight. It seems basic but it's an attention to detail and customer focused. Kyla was cheerful and calm even as a fellow patient berated her and had a meltdown. Courtesy and dignity are welcome in a reception position. Lastly, this is important and worthy of a comment: Wait times can be a little long during "specials." Nirvana designates certain times and days with specials and the Wake-N-Bake can fill the lobby as all strains are priced at $10. Pay attention as names are called, I've seen some people throw tantrums because they are called and weren't listening and have to wait for the next available budtender.

Before I submit a review I have to shop at a dispensary at least three times. The way I see it, to make an honest recommendation or review takes time and experience. In the case of this dispensary, each trip reinforces the quality of this location. The interior is beautiful and trendy like an upscale boutique, they even provide water and coffee in the waiting room. Wait times are less than 15 minutes, and usually average about eight or nine. Their flower and shatter are top notch and their prices are reasonable, in fact they are some of the most inexpensive yet high-quality bud I've ever had. If you like vaping your meds they also stock delicious cartridges that are crazy cheap (500mg., .5g, $38), yes Virgina, there is a Santa Claus. The Budtenders are knowledgable however they aren't cheerleaders, they won't upsell you but some like Alec or Kush are excited and give real opinions on the high you get and the value of the product. Case in point, rather than sell me a top shelf strain I had never tried, Alec had me try a related but lower cost strain. Small touches like that elevate the experience but YMMV as each tender is unique in their personality and friendliness. All have been professional but warm to you at different rates.
