Great selection, competitive pricing. I did over here a bud tender say to another customer that Pennywise was a Sativa even though is was only 5%...I then asked my bud tender if that were true, to which he wasn't sure, so he looked. What do you know it's a CBD strain (duh, the 5% should have been a dead giveaway). Might want to tell your new/inexperienced bud tenders that it's better to say "I don't know let me check" than just make something up and be wrong.

Pretty tight in there, but overall a decent facility with a large selection of flower. No specials for first time patients. They did have buds rolled in kief for $20 donations a gram which was interesting.

Overall great experience. Was stoked to see some nice Durban. The Harlequin pre-rolls were mislabeled as being 29% THC and 0 CBD, which they quickly acknowledged was a mistake and took the product off the floor. Would recommend this place to anyone in the NW area.

Probably one of the more clean facilities i've been to. The staff was very friendly upon arrival. It's clear that these guys want to take the idea of a professional cannabis industry to the next level. Flowers are on point, although the display jars may not get switched out enough, they go out of their way to open up a fresh pre-packed bag to ensure that what you're getting is up to par. They could use something to fill up all the white space...but other than that this place is a must visit.

Super excited to see a legit dispensary finally open up in Sellwood! It's not exactly a huge "retail" style shop, but rather more of a professional style commercial home that fits the Sellwood aesthetic nicely. They could use a bit more selection of flowers and edible's, but overall a very friendly place that I will be sure to come back to.
