Already in the process of reporting this location to the AZDHS where do I begin. Cashier 65099 does not know how to treat medical patients. I ordered online drove an hour to get there for the restroom to be out of order. No big deal it happens. When the young lady went to get my order she pulled the concentrates out of the bag and they were upside down. I told her they were sauce and I’m worried that it would collect around the edges and lose material. She said “I already put the stickers on” mind you she hadn’t charged me or checked my medical card. I asked if it was collected around the rim can I call and have it replaced and she said no. So I asked for a manager. The manager came out opened the boxes and sure enough the product was collected on the sides of the jar. She then said she would replace them. The young lady when handling the sauce turned it upside down to put the sticker on. Then when she put it in the bag it looked as if it were upside down. So I began opening it to check before I left as I already knew they didn’t care how they handled my medicine. She snatched the bag from me and opened it and it was in the right way. I took the bag back and like a dog she yelled Zip it up. I laughed and left. Now that I am home I opened the boxes and it looks like they just gave me the same ones and didn’t switch them, or just mishandled all of Canamo’ product. Whatever the case I have less than a gram now as the sauce is all over the cap and sides of the jar that I can’t get to. I will NEVER use this location again and encourage any medical patient who enjoys sauce to stay away. The manager didn’t even apologize for what the put a patient through. If I could give negative stars I would and I am contacting the GM of Canamo as well as the GM of curealeaf to include them in this situation. 0/10 DO NOT RECCOMEND. They do not care about medical patients here.

Not gonna lie the service from Lisette could have been better. She didn’t know the deal that was going on that I told her was online. Didn’t let me choose my eighth and the entire process seemed rushed. I’ll give her the BOD she was probably new, but the first thing you can do to be great in any retail setting is be friendly and approachable. Trumed will always be the truth with the product and this is the first I have had to deal with this in my 7 years of shopping here. I wasn’t going to post but my roommate had the same budtender today and it was the same situation. Hope this helps her in training🙏🏾
