I've been a customer here for over a year and I always get awesome customer service (Thank you Kelsey and Sarah in particular!) And they always have a nice selection of product at a good value! It may be a little place, but it's totally part of the appeal! (Plus, they have a cupcake shop next door😉)

Frustrated repeat customer. Feels like a bait and switch. Yesterday was the 3rd or 4th time in the past 6 months that I've ordered flower online only to find it wasn't actually available. The majority of the time I'm not informed until I arrive to pick up, but am occasionally told via text. Each time I'm up-sold to a product of higher price point than what I ordered, usually because the other strains at the price of the originally ordered flower are far lower quality. I've been a Nectar customer for years, in various locations and cities. I've always been attracted to their quality, price and customer service. But I'm not feeling it lately and that's a serious shame.

I think it may be a silent rule that dispensaries must have some irritating aspect to parking, lol- Which is no fault of the owners but it is the reason behind the 4 stars for atmosphere 😁 Brothers Cannabis is a long standing dispensary that consistently offers great customer service, excellent quality and competitive prices!

I used to go to this location frequently last year, so when I returned to the area recently I decided to come in again. I visited twice within the past few weeks and have been very disappointed each time. The customer service was poor, the clerks acted as if they were bothered by needing to stop their interactions to serve me. There was a lot of chatter among the staff and a lack of interest in my presence. The second time I visited I bought a mixed 1/8 of two strains, both of which were awful. The strains were dry and had little to no effect on a physical or cerebral level. I shared with others who agreed about the poor quality. The day after my visit I called the store to speak with a supervisor about my concerns. I was told twice by a slurring and disjointed staff member that the supervisor was too busy to speak to me. I'm absolutely blown away by this terrible lack of quality and customer service. There are far too many dispensary options to waste my time on a place that puts no value on customer service.

Second visit was GREAT! Awesome selection, great prices and the quality was most excellent! Love the decor and staff, very inviting and warm :-)

I've had the pleasure of exploring many different rec dispensaries around the Willamette Valley and Portland area, but Attis Trading Co. is my favorite, hands down! Every greeter and bud tender I've worked with has been not only professional, but also very approachable! I never feel rushed and always have my questions answered. The product display is open and inviting, and the pricing and menus are very clear and customer friendly! By my second visit I already felt like a regular; staff members greet and engage with every customer in an upbeat and welcoming manner, everytime! The product at Attis is spot on-Excellent quality flower; picked, weighed and packaged in front of each customer at point of sale. (This is NOT how it's always done at other dispensaries and I've had some poor experiences, so I really appreciate this aspect!) I have been to two Attis Trading Co locations, and I'm seriously impressed by both the quality of product and the commitment to customer service! Highly recommend!

I had my first visit to Attis on April 20th, and it was such a great experience! The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable, and the environment is professional and organized. I truly enjoyed the quality of the products and I'm definitely returning! Highly recommend!!

Rec User- I really enjoyed this dispensary! The entry room does feel a bit like a business office, the staff is very friendly and it's a semi professional feeling environment which is nice. The bud room is open and spacious and I loved the little gift items like the natural fin shaped soaps on a rope and the bright printed socks! The rec selection was really good and the price and quality were great. The staff inside was equally as friendly as the greeting staff and were very knowledgeable. Totally recommended!

This dispensary has great rec selection, including some old times favs! Mellow, professional, friendly and informed staff with a very nice, albeit smaller, showroom. Prices are competitive and the flower quality is excellent! I will definitely be returning as I've visited our other local McMinnville dispensary and the customer service and environment were certainly poor. I'm so glad to have a great resource like this in our town!

The Chalice is remarkable! It is truly a hidden gem! Excellent atmosphere with a beautiful natural wood layout, brilliant and inviting decor. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff, excellent service. Large, detailed selection for rec users like myself, prominently showcased in large and open showroom with the continuing natural wood motif. The Chalice is a true experience one should not miss!
