When I applied at Karuna to become a patient I was getting my meds from another dispensary. Initially I thought maybe I had made a mistake. Well after receiving my first shipment of my medication I have soooo changed my mind. When you get through the initial application process, which I found to be cumbersome but now it it was all worth it. Some things I wanted were not available but Scott made some choices for me and they were good solid choices. The delivery across this country is amazingly fast. There is no doubt in my mind I made the right choice. One more thing they have an incredible menu of meds.

This was my first experience ordering from a dispensary. It didn't go well, I ordered online and when I submitted it, it didn't respond an error message appeared (STRIKE ONE ) So I called and when I told the guy what happened he hung up on me. ( STRIKE TWO ) So I called again and got some lady/girl who had a bit of an accent and was rude and seemed the last thing she wanted to be doing was talking to me. (STRIKE THREE) She put me through to a budtender and his name was DON and this guy gave me hope that at least one person there is good with customers. I make over $3000.00 donations a month on my meds if they don't want my business I will take it elsewhere. Although Don might have done enough to keep me on as a customer he was just awesome. BAD SERVICE, BAD VIBES
