i'm usually not someone who finds that certain strains are better or worse for certain activities (i can find a way to make anything work for anything), but this strain is different. specifically, this is now my go-to yoga strain! the level of concentration it gives, the way it lets me go deeeeep into the postures, and the way it soothes sore muscles on the day after i went so deep into those postures make it an indispensable part of my yoga practice. cannot recommend more highly for that, and probably lots of other things as well.
