Last 3 visits I've ended up in bad shape. Two times I got Artisan cartridges that didn't work and the second time I asked for a receipt that they didn't put in the bag. Paid for 2 non working cartridges could not exchange. Today I drove the hour again for wax Wednesday, got home to find out the tenders put blue dream "budder" in my bag when I asked for sugar Crystal because the sticky and liquids don't work in my pen. All told I've lost 100$ in 3 visits now on product I can't use. Very shady.

This shop used to be my go to. now the staff tries to give you what won't sell when you ask for quality. 1 gram bags are better than eights but still low quality compared to other places. They know there volume increased, but do not staff the store accordingly, 30 minute waits my last 3 visits. The tender even suggested blueberry that tasted like hay and smelled worse. I am super dissapointed and feel ripped off. Oil quality is also very low, 88% was incredibly weak and dark colored. the taste was unpurged. buyer beware.
