Ridiculous that they don't post when they are closed. Need to work on that so customers don't try to order and your shut down. It's easy to take a few minutes to update your site vs losing customers.
One of the longest and most unacceptable wait times. I understand having some back up, but on a Sunday with 6 people in a room taking 20 min per person to even call then back is ridiculous. Up your effcencicy and then maybe they could have someone try the product before walking out.
