RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Greenhouse stands behind the products we sell. Greenhouse will exchange damaged or defective cannabis products up to seven (7) days after purchase.  To be eligible for an exchange, any damaged or defective cannabis products must be accompanied by the original receipt and be unused and in original packaging. The exchange must be for the same price and weight. All non-damaged cannabis products or cannabis-related accessories sales are final. All products that are damaged due to user error, negligence, or misuse cannot be replaced or exchanged. No returns on exchanges are permitted on Flower or Edible purchases. All exchanges shall be at the discretion of Greenhouse. Refunds are not permitted.
