I would never recommend anyone to visit nirvana, I’ve been in Arizona since 2020 and I’ve never had a bad experience with any dispensary until my visit to Nirvana In Tempe. Online orders are supposed to be a fast and easy way to get in and out and legit pointless to order online as my order is never found , (4th time) my order was “ misplaced “ or just not received , even tho I have confirmation text messages and emails … they accept debit card but also pointless as they charge your card as if you used an atm ..( my card was charged 5$ for processing fee ) I was better off using the atm ( atm fee $2.75) , employees are easily distracted by side conversations with one another and I’ve had multiple budtenders walk away mid transaction with saying excuse me or apologizing with a reason as to why they had to step away … I’d highly suggest that management reevaluate the customer experience
